As a Scientific and Regulatory Affairs Specialist (SARA), you'll be part of our awesome Food Compliance team—a group that loves learning, growing, and supporting each other. Your mission? Provide regulatory and nutritional support during the innovation process, giving us a competitive edge and helping us grow. We're looking for someone who’s not just knowledgeable in the food industry but also has great people skills and a passion for success. You’ll be key in making sure our value chain creates the impact we’re aiming for. Here’s what you’ll do:
- Ensure regulatory compliance in the design, manufacture, and marketing of JDE products
- Support projects for ingredient, recipe, claim, and labeling approval to ensure regulatory compliance
- Stay on top of food regulations in different regions and communicate updates to R&D and marketing teams
- Review and support the final design of artwork
- Timely review and approve new raw materials and product specs for regulatory compliance in applicable countries
