Global Solution Architect Sales & Marketing
Job Description
As our Global Solution Architect, you'll be the mastermind behind our Sales and Marketing marvels. Collaborating closely with our internal and external sales teams, you'll lead in a DevOps agile setup, shaping IT solutions for our Sales and Marketing teams. From enabling product teams to spearheading omnichannel implementation and automation, your role is key to enhancing customer experiences and driving operational excellence.
Your Brew-tiful Responsibilities:
- Take technological ownership of Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with business partners to shape future roadmaps and align solution directions.
- Design holistic E2E architectures for short and long-term goals, ensuring operational excellence.
- Spearhead omnichannel implementation and automation initiatives.
Qualifications
- We're seeking pioneers with 4-8 years of experience in:
- Salesforce technologies (Sales & Service Cloud, Markering Automation, Omnichannel, Vonage),
- Solution designing,
- Stakeholder management.
- While experience in FMCG/CPG industries and familiarity with SAFe/Agile methodologies are advantageous, we value entrepreneurial spirit, accountability, and adaptability above all.
