To start with, the position of R&D Technology Solution Specialist sits comfortably in the Technology Solutions Department of the Global R&D Organization. And is part of an incredibly diverse team that helps each other learn, grow and develop. Just how we like it! And as an R&D Technology Solution Specialist you will be asked to lead projects up to process build/implementation as well as carry responsibility for the development and exploitation of JDE's proprietary knowledge. All while building the network of external experts and suppliers. And for this, we don’t just need you to be a knowledgeable professional but also strongly rely on your interpersonal skills as well as your drive for success. Know that you’ll have a crucial role in creating and protecting the impact we look for in our value chain. With this said, we like you to take responsibility over the following tasks:

• Applying all your technology, science or engineering understanding, and experience of the broader industry to initiate, define, manage and execute R&D projects;
• Support and lead several New Product Development / Productivity / Process Development /Packaging projects;
• Defining and leading pilot/plant trials, collecting experimental data, writing technical reports, developing prototypes, completing chemical, physical and analytical assessments of product and packaging;
• Use all your knowledge and experience to help coach junior specialist and interns.
