Performance Marketeer

E-Commerce Utrecht Full-time Netherlands

Job Description

Within the Media & Digital team Northern Europe, you will help accelerate our digital and data-driven marketing across both B2B and Retail (DTC/ecommerce) in the Netherlands.

As a Performance Marketeer, you play a key role in strengthening our online visibility, discoverability and relevance across the full funnel. Your goal is to drive sustainable growth for both B2B solutions (such as coffee machines and services) and our strong retail and ecommerce brands — from building demand and consideration to optimising conversion and media efficiency.

You move effortlessly between dashboards, campaigns, creative concepts and channel strategies, always with a clear focus on performance, growth and return on investment.

You report to the Media Manager NL and work closely with Marketing, Ecommerce, Sales, CRM, agencies and the Global Media & Digital team.

What will you do?

Performance Strategy

  • Develop and execute an integrated full-funnel performance marketing strategy for B2B and our well-known coffee and tea brands (including L’OR).
  • Translate business objectives into scalable media strategies across SEA, Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, Affiliates and SEO.
  • Co-create annual plans and performance roadmaps together with marketing and commercial teams.

B2B Lead & Demand Generation

  • End-to-end responsibility for performance-driven B2B campaigns for coffee machines, services and contract models.
  • Build and optimise audiences, funnels and lead quality.
  • Actively contribute to the strategic shift from lead generation to demand generation, focusing on relevant target audiences, buying intent, content and full-funnel performance rather than volume alone.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Ecommerce and CRM to maximise conversion throughout the funnel (MQL → SQL).

DTC Performance Management (Brand Websites & L’OR Webshop)

  • Daily optimisation and steering of performance campaigns for our consumer brands and ecommerce activities.
  • Improve ROAS, CPA, traffic quality and conversion rates.
  • Execute A/B testing, creative testing and conversion optimisation of landing pages.

Budget & Performance Ownership

  • Own performance budget allocation and efficiency.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to marketing leads, media managers and the Northern Europe Management Team.
  • Develop dashboards, reporting and actionable performance insights.

Innovation & Project Leadership (AI-driven)

  • Initiate and lead performance-related innovation projects with a strong focus on AI-driven optimisation, such as AI targeting, bidding, personalisation, creative testing and predictive insights.
  • Actively monitor and translate AI developments and digital trends in media, data and marketing into concrete improvements in performance and efficiency.

Agency & Stakeholder Management

  • Daily management of performance media and creative agencies.
  • Share knowledge and best practices within the Northern Europe marketing organisation to increase digital savviness.
  • Work closely with Global Media & Digital teams to share learnings and scale successful initiatives.
