The JDE Peet's Sales Academy is an applied sales traineeship of 1.5 years that prepares you for a successful career in sales. During your training in the Sales Academy, you will invest in yourself by working in telesales to learn and perfection your sales skills before entering the field. You grow rapidly: from cold calls to retention calls, and from making appointments for the field service to selling face-to-face in our Experience Center.

The JDE Peet's Graduate Program is a program for ambitious University Graduates: a unique development program of 1.5 years that enables a kickstart within your JDE Peet's-career.
Your personal development and growth in your new role are the key elements of the Graduate Program. You’ll follow the program next to your job so that you can start immediately with what you have learned. You work on a solid foundation for your further career within JDE Peet's thanks to a well-considered blend of ingredients: a development plan, peer to peer sessions, workshops, assignments and coaching from your manager and a permanent external coach. You follow the program together with your colleagues from the different disciplines, so that you build a solid network and have a deeper understanding of their work. We tend to start a new group every year and aim for a group of at least 8 participants.
