Trade Marketing Executive - Out Of Home

Job Description

We are seeking dynamic and versatile professional with a passion for delivering excellence. We're looking for someone who can seamlessly blend sales and marketing responsibilities to drive growth and foster brand awareness. As our Trade Marketing Executive, you'll be a strategic thinker and an effective communicator, ready to make a significant impact in the ‘Out of Home’ business unit.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. OOH Budget Management:
    • Raise purchase orders (POs) and manage goods receipting.
    • Track monthly actuals vs. plan and forecast budgets.
    • Oversee agency retainers (Regency, Clarion, OMNE).
  2. Vendor Management:
    • Set up new vendors and handle SAP setup.
    • Ensure timely invoice payments.
    • Review and source new vendor relationships.
  3. OOH Sample Process:
    • Approve samples and manage the budget.
    • Update sample forms with costing and SKU updates.
    • Raise sample payments.
  4. Supplier Stock Management:
    • Approve and support sales orders.
    • Source branded merchandise and POS.
    • Manage costs and restocking levels.
  5. OOH Trade Show Planning:
    • Select strategic shows and plan relevant solutions work with the New Business Account manager on trade show and networking strategy
    • Organise show stand design and support materials.
    • Coordinate logistics and conduct post-show ROI analysis.
  1. Strategic Data Collation:
    • Monitor trends and adjust strategy plans.
    • Conduct gap analysis and collaborate with Insights team.
    • Feed learnings into sales and brand teams.
  2. ROI Tracking:
    • Track initiatives and activations.
    • Analyse impact and success.
    • Share success stories and learnings.
  3. Trade Marketing Asset Management:
    • Manage asset creation with key stakeholders.
    • Ensure OTIF delivery of assets.
    • Monitor success and obtain results.
  4. Account-Based Marketing:
    • Develop strategies to win specific accounts.
    • Focus on core segments like hotels, education, and contract catering.
    • Open doors and start conversations with potential clients.
  5. Sales Support Tools:
  • Manage the SharePoint toolkit for sales reps.
  • Handle sales enablement tool requests.
  • Collaborate to create necessary tools with OOH and CPG Team
  1. LinkedIn Organic Posts:
  • Plan and execute an organic social plan.
  • Support all brands, sectors, and channels.
  • Monitor and report on success and learnings.
  1. Distributor and Mystery Shopper Management:
  • Serve as the key contact for monthly mystery shopper updates and feedback to internal stakeholders, distributors, and operations.
  • Act as the second point of contact with distributors.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Have a minimum of 3+ years previous experience within a branded and fast-growing, food or drinks brand.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.
  • Able to demonstrate a track record of successfully surpassing KPIs
  • You are results orientated, think commercially, value every pound and you’re a great brand ambassador.
  • An understanding of basic marketing principles and digital marketing tools.
  • Passionate about wanting to deliver excellence and the hunger to learn and develop new skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have a passion for working within a small, fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment where no task is too small or big
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to contribute to business growth.
