We’re looking for a Regional Account Manager (B2B). You'll be part of our Sales team based in Brussels and will report directly to the Segment Manager.

  • You will be responsible for developing an account plan for the sector within the B2B segment of 51 to 250 employees, covering both existing customers and prospects. You will translate this plan into daily activities.
  • You will achieve the predefined sales objectives related to volume, revenue, the number of machine placements, and the number of customers.
  • You understand that the "hunting" aspect is of utmost importance to ensure the long-term growth of the overall segment.
  • You will manage the existing customer portfolio and grow it by proactively and strategically approaching new prospects with a focus on future collaboration. You will identify customer needs and negotiate within the framework of the established commercial policy.
  • You will build relationships with internal departments as well as prospects/customers.
  • You will handle all administrative tasks, such as preparing quotations, drafting contracts, processing orders, documenting agreements/interactions, and entering data into the CRM system.
  • You will closely monitor market trends, competitive developments, and pricing strategies, reporting them to the relevant internal departments.

For this role we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • You have at least a Bachelor’s degree with a commercial focus or equivalent experience.
  • Preferably, you have gained initial work experience in a commercial field sales role.
  • You have excellent commercial, analytical, and communication skills.
  • You are results-oriented and have strong perseverance.
  • You are energized by achieving results and targets.
  • You can work independently, but also collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You embody JDE’s values: simplicity, entrepreneurship, accountability, discipline, and solidarity.
  • You are perfectly bilingual in Dutch and French and have a good basic knowledge of English.
  • You are proficient in MS Office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Given the assigned region, you are residing in or around Brussels.
