Who You Are
You’re a driven leader who thrives on accountability and responsibility. You bring a strong sense of ownership, a strategic mindset, and the ability to navigate complex, global environments. We value diversity and look for those who do too.
What You’ll Need:
✅ MSc Degree
✅ Fluent English & excellent communication skills
✅ Proven experience in program & project management within multidisciplinary, matrix organizations
✅ International experience—comfortable working across cultures, countries & continents
✅ Willingness to travel globally (APAC, EU)
Bonus Points for:
⭐ Facilitation skills
⭐ 8+ years of experience, preferably in FMCG
⭐ Background in Design to Value / Value Optimization
