The Global Technology Manager Digital is part of our Digital & Technology team, which supports our B2B business worldwide. By engaging with consumers in out-of-home settings—such as workplaces, universities, care facilities, airports, or hotels—we support our company's core mission: delivering a coffee for every cup.
Our team combines business and IT expertise, leverages a modern global technology ecosystem, and operates within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology.
The Global Technology Manager Digital is responsible for IT solutions within the Digital channel, like websites, webshops and self service portals, and works closely with two Digital Product teams, eCommerce/CMS & My Services, to continuously enhance the global template. In this role, you will engage with Product Owners, developers, business stakeholders, technology providers, and other JDE IT teams, offering guidance and inspiration.
Enabling and supporting the Product Teams
Technological end responsibility of the platforms Experience Cloud & Salesforce B2B Commerce
Collaborate with the tech leads of our partners so the right solutions are chosen
Challenge and enable the teams by taking away impediments
Collaborating with our other Global Technology Managers
Create a holistic E2E architecture with your peers
Safeguard a consistent eco system which will enable us to grow digitally
Co-create E2E short and long-term technology roadmap
Strategical alignment & future road mapping
Listen, shape, inspire and collaborate with our business partners on the future roadmap
Benchmark JDE Professional with other companies and bring an outside in view
Pro-actively follow trends and reach out to our partners/vendors

For this role as a Global Technology Manager Digital, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
Over 4-8 years of relevant experience, implementing E-commerce technologies like Salesforce, Hybris or Sitecore. Preferably within a FMCG/CPG industry.
Hands-on experience in an environment that follows the SAFe/Agile methodologies.
You have a pro-active, flexible go-getter mind-set, in this role you can get the opportunity to work very independently.
