Marketing Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who will take ownership of our beloved local brands including Harris, Piazza D’Oro, Espresso Di Manfredi, JEDs, and Illy. You will follow processes to execute bespoke marketing campaigns and activations for our local brands across multiple segments including Out of Office and retail customers and you will work closely with internal stakeholders including our category and sales teams, and external agencies when required. This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in our North Sydney office, with the autonomy to drive and execute creative campaigns for our beloved Australian coffee brands.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and execute creative and strategic marketing campaigns to support our local brands including Harris, Piazza D’Oro, Espresso Di Manfredi, JEDS, and Illy
  • Adhere to brand standards and ensure all materials and activities are aligned with brand strategy, and are executed in accordance with international and local guidelines
  • Work closely with a range of internal stakeholders, including our wider marketing, category and sales teams, and external stakeholders including agencies
  • Support our Out of Home sales teams with trade marketing activities, such as creating and distributing marketing assets
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and outcomes of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement

Qualifications

For this role as a Marketing Specialist, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • You hold 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • You have experience and take pride in managing projects from idea to execution, with a focus on following brand guidelines and standards
  • You are able to analyse campaign results against industry benchmarks, and provide recommendations and improvements
  • You are meticulous and are able to follow processes
  • You have a natural ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience with trade marketing will be highly regarded
