Job Description

The R&D Design Excellence team, based at our international headquarters in Utrecht, enhances efficiency and quality by streamlining packaging processes and ensuring high standards, which boosts brand reputation and reduces costs. Through continuous innovation and strategic alignment, we drive the company's long-term success and competitiveness. As Design-To-Print Project Lead, you'll be an important contributor to these efforts by overseeing complex packaging design-, print- and artwork projects. 

Your key responsibilities in a nutshell: 

  • Manage large-scale, complex packaging design projects from start to finish, on time and within budget.
  • Complete Artwork packaging briefs and initiate pre-artwork meetings with all necessary information.
  • Drive continuous improvement in the artwork management process to reduce lead times and costs.
  • Play a crucial role in creating and protecting our value chain impact.
  • Ensure successful execution of packaging projects, achieving high-quality outcomes and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

Here's what we're looking for:

  • You have proven experience in managing complex projects in printed packaging.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with all types of stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive under time pressure with a proactive "can-do" attitude.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to adjust focus as needed.
  • Extensive background in project management and/or graphic arts/printing.
