Job Description
Join the R&D Multi Serve Team and lead a dynamic team of Junior and Senior R&D product developers to drive innovation and deliver impactful results. You’ll oversee the entire project lifecycle and manage resource allocation for innovation, renovation, and VOP projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver R&D projects, ensuring on-time execution and cost management.
- Manage a team of 8, developing talent and fostering best practices.
- Oversee new technology applications, from design to commercialization.
- Ensure compliance with food label regulations and global legislation.

Qualifications
- 7+ years in the food industry (R&D and/or Operations), with 3+ years in people management.
- Strong technical knowledge across food categories, processes, packaging, and consumer insights.
- Experience working with diverse teams and environments.
- Degree in Food Science/Engineering/Technology, or Chem Eng (preferred).
